SPECIAL SESSION CALLS

• 14 April - Specific workshops/roundtable could be organized at the proposal of the participants, including: title, chairs and a short rationale of 200 words. The proposals can be submited by email to prof. Gabriela Carmen Pascariu: email address - gcpas@uaic.ro; email title: Eurint special session proposal.

REGISTRATION

• 7 May - Online registration and submission of abstracts: Abstracts should have roughly 300 words and clearly state the research goal(s), research question(s) and the methodological approach. Please fill out the following registration form.

REGISTRATION FEES

• Conference fee [DL 10 May]: o Virtual attendance: 70 Euro [350 lei] (it includes: access to the online section of the conference; conference materials and participation diploma); o In person attendance: 100 Euro [500 lei] (it includes conference materials, participations diploma, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner) o In person attendance (PhD students): 70 Euro [350 lei] (it includes conference materials, participations diploma, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner) • Applicants can submit only one paper proposal as main author. • Registration is effective after full receipt of payment. The submitter must be (one of) the presenting author(s). All future correspondence will in fact be sent to the submitter (If more than one co-author wishes to participate, they have to register with the same paper info and pay the conference fee). • Please attach a scanned proof of payment in an e-mail message to: eurint.conference@gmail.com. • To be eligible for these rates, doctoral students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status, which they will need sent along with the proof of payment.
